Marwa means “mountain” — a symbol of strength, resilience, and becoming.
Like us, the mountain holds both shadow and light. Shaped by unexpected storms yet steady at its core, it reminds us to stay rooted amidst chaos and trust the climb.

A 'parentified' eldest daughter and former executive leader, my lifelong journey through survival, over-functioning, and grief became the foundation of my purpose - guiding self-aware women who feel stuck to intentionally create healthy, stable, and fulfilling relationship dynamics across all areas of their life.
As a Certified Jungian Coach trained in Depth Psychology Coaching and the Transpersonal Family Field™, I work with women who’ve spent years over-functioning or over-giving in roles and relationships that leave them depleted and disconnected.
Through a guided process, I help them unravel the stories and roles they carry and uncover the unconscious patterns that have shaped their lives—so they can feel empowered to choose how they love, lead, and live, far beyond the limitations of what they currently believe is possible.
Introduced by psychologist Carl Jung, Shadow Work is a guided practice that takes you beyond the surface level of your awareness into your unconscious mind where the "hidden" or repressed parts of yourself live.
Left unexplored, these parts keep you stuck in repeating cycles - unknowingly shaping your choices, roles, and relationships.
When brought to the surface, it can lead to unimaginable clarity, new beginnings, and lasting change — allowing you to redefine your relationships - beginning with the one with yourself.

Our relationships mirror what’s happening internally — they are a reflection of our self-worth, our fears, and the hidden beliefs about what we think is actually possible for us.
Through Depth-Coaching in a Jungian Psychology-based framework, we open the gateway to deeper exploration of your inner world - uncovering the root of your relationship dynamics, choices, and patterns.
Break away from cycles of depleting partners and environments
by uncovering the hidden drivers behind your choices.
Spot the repeating patterns in your relationships
and uncover what you are carrying that is actually driving them.
Recognize your survival strategies, and why they're showing up,
so you can learn how to choose differently.
Work with triggers that surface in love, family, and work
so you can respond with clarity and see what they’re revealing.
